April – Microchip Clinic at Homer Veterinary Clinic
Homer Animal Friends 2nd annual microchip clinic will be held on April 22. This clinic, subsidized by Homer Animal Friends and the Homer Veterinary Clinic. will cost $20 per microchip.
February – Trivia Night
Our community came together on Friday, February 27, 2015 for Trivia Night, a benefit for Homer Animal Friends Shelter Fund. The night was jammed packed with 14 teams competing in 5 categories from all spectrums of knowledge. The teamwork, enthusiasm and camaraderie was inspiring. Thank you to the local businesses and restaurants who supported this event: Homer Brewing Company, Homer Theater, Star Wash, Baycrest Greenhouse, Pioneer Car Rental, Coal Point, Cafe Cups, J.B.’S BBQ, Two Sisters, Caribou Restaurant, Fat Olives, Save-U-More and Safeway. Thank you to all the volunteers and attendees for making this event so successful and enjoyable!
